U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Program Support Center

ARBOLA supports the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center under a five year contract to provide program and project management, financial analysis, and grant management support services for the full lifecycle of the Headstart program in several states across the country. The work includes program performance and project management; information and records management; information systems support; grant applications, awards, management, and monitoring; systems integration and improvement; audit resolution; administration support, risk management, and facilities support; and, communication outreach, awareness, training, and education services. The contract allows ARBOLA to advance the mission of early childhood education for some of America’s youngest citizens.

USAID Mentor-Protégé Program.

ARBOLA is a proud participant in the USAID Mentor Protégé Program, which allows us to couple our extraordinary skill sets with the important development mission of the agency.  Furthermore, our mentor offers guidance and added expertise that enhances ARBOLA’s reach domestically and around the world to support more people with technology and development needs.


ARBOLA supports USAID under a 5-year agency-wide BPA contract with a ceiling value of $900 million to help USAID change the way it does business through partnership creation, an emphasis on innovation and a focus on results.  IT FORWARD’s primary objectives are to leverage IT systems and innovations to evolve the current IT environment to a more cost-effective, secure, mobile computing environment; increase data access; and improve communications.  USAID relies heavily on the IT systems and infrastructure to serve national interests and equitably distribute humanitarian assistance.  This contract plays a vital role in enabling USAID HQ staff and field personnel to complete this important USAID mission.

Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS).

ARBOLA supports the FEMA’s National Continuity Programs under a 5-year IDIQ for Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS).  The work required under this contract includes: Administrative Support; Test, Training and Exercise Programs; Software, Systems, and Telecommunications Engineering and Support; Audit Support; Financial and Internal Controls; Property Management Support; OMB 300 Support; Acquisition Support; Outreach Support; and Professional Support / Subject Matter Expertise.
